Responsive online banking, made fun
Umpqua Bank, a small west coast bank invested in their community needed to launch a new online banking site in 2013. Goal was to create an online experience as enjoyable as the in-store experience where they provide free coffee and tea, computers for public use and unique events that support the local communities. The launch of this project brings consistency among the various digital platforms (iOS and Windows) where there wasn't any before.
